How we work
1. Employer Inquiry & Needs Assessment
- Initial Consultation: Discuss the employer’s requirements (job roles, skill levels, quantity, timelines, and budget).
- Job Profiling: Define job descriptions, qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the target role(s).
- Service Agreement: Finalize terms, costs, and timelines in a formal contract.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Database Search: Leverage GMRS’s talent pool to identify pre-vetted candidates.
- Job Advertising: Promote vacancies through targeted channels (online portals, local networks, social media).
- Initial Screening: Shortlist candidates based on resumes, skills tests, and preliminary interviews.
3. Shortlisting & Employer Review
- Candidate Profiles: Share screened resumes and assessment results with the employer.
- Employer Interviews: Coordinate interviews (virtual or in-person) for final selection.
- Feedback & Selection: Employer confirms chosen candidates; GMRS initiates onboarding.
4. Pre-Employment Formalities
- Document Verification: Validate passports, educational certificates, experience letters, and references.
- Medical Checkup: Arrange health screenings to meet host-country requirements.
- Background Checks: Conduct criminal, employment, and financial history verification.
5. Visa & Work Permit Processing
- Document Compilation: Prepare visa applications, employment contracts, and embassy-specific paperwork.
- JLiaison with Authorities: Submit applications, track status, and resolve issues with embassies/consulates.
- Visa Approval: Secure stamped visas and work permits for selected candidates.
6. Pre-Departure Preparations
- BMET Registration: Complete mandatory registration with Bangladesh’s Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training.
- Orientation: Train candidates on host-country culture, workplace norms, legal rights, and safety protocols.
- Travel Arrangements: Book flights, organize airport transfers, and confirm accommodation.
7. Deployment & Post-Arrival Support
- Airport Assistance: Guide: candidates through immigration, baggage, and customs procedures.
- Employer Handover: Ensure smooth onboarding with the employer (e.g., workplace induction, contract signing).
- Post-Arrival Check-In: GMRS contacts candidates and employers to confirm safe arrival and resolve initial issues.
8. Employer Feedback & Deployment Report
- Deployment Confirmation: Employer submits a formal report confirming the employee’s start date, role, and compliance with agreed terms.
- Post-Deployment Follow-Up: GMRS conducts a 30/60/90-day check-in to assess employee performance and satisfaction.
- Final Documentation: Provide employers with a completion report, including visa copies, contracts, and compliance records.
